This home smoker is the first such innovative device in Poland.
Thanks to its extremely tight design and the hose that enables discharging smoke created during smoking you can prepare your favourite meat, fish and cheese in all kinds of conditions – now at home as well! You do not have to worry that the characteristic aroma of smoking will pervade your kitchen. It is enough for you to connect the hose to the kitchen hood or place its outlet behind the window to have the smoke discharged and provide your meals with a wonderful smoked flavour!
The tightness of the device is ensured by the specially adjusted lid gasket.
The smoker is made of stainless steel accepted for contact with food.
The internal elements of the smoker are easy to remove, thanks to which it is very easy to keep them clean.
The two grills included in the device will let you smoke up to 5 kg of meat and fish at once. The grills is fitted with hooks that enable suspending meat nets – up to about 1.3 kg of meat per 1 grill arm – in order to smoke meat in hanging position.
Thanks to the special grease-collecting drip tray you will avoid the bitter taste of the meals prepared.
The precision thermometer included in the lid will make it easy for you to adjust the temperature properly during meal preparation.
The product is intended for use on gas cookers.
How to use:
Remove the lid from the device (6). Pour the wood chips onto the tray (2) and then place the tray on the bottom of the pot (1). Place the meat smoking grill (3) over the wood chip tray. Place the drip tray (4) and the fish smoking grill (5) within the meat smoking grill. Cover everything with the lid and place the thermometer (7) and the vent (8) within it. Install the hose (9) on the vent.
